Agri-Transform is involved in various projects that strives to bring positive transformation, improvement and significance to the agricultural sector.

This includes on-going projects in Namibia, SADC, Africa and the entire globe at large. Our collaboration and partnership approach with other crucial stakeholders makes this possible. We do understand that to bring the needed positive transformation to the agricultural sector is not a one-man show or a one entity task but will require a collective efforts and collaboration.

Plant a Tree campaign project

  • This project is done to create a culture of growing trees, especially edible ones while highlighting the role and importance of trees in society. Through the project, our team also intends to raise awareness on environmental related issues such as desertification and deforestation. The plant a tree campaign have a set target of growing one thousand (1000) trees across Namibia. The project have a two (2) year lifespan and intends to finalise by 2027.

Climate-Smart Sustainable agriculture awareness project

  • The climate-smart sustainable agriculture awareness project intends to educate, inform and empower farmers (small & large scale) to change/transform their farming practices by adopting to modern smart practices to mitigate the impacts of climate change. Simply put, the project intends to bring about a shift and change in the mindset of farmers on how they are conducting their farming practices.
    More than ever; climate change is on an increase placing agricultural systems in vulnerable positions. Climate variability and change, puts immense pressure on the need for improved food productivity, security, and overall resilience of farming systems especially smallholder farmers. Through the project; Agri-Transform intends to support interventions meant to strengthen households and farmers capacities in order to enhance livelihood and dietary diversification while ensuring sustainable and resilient food production system. The project is executed through practical face-face engagement workshop and seminars where farmers are empowered and taught on best farming practices to adapt amidst climate change. This project targets to reach at least 500 000 farmers (small & large scale) across Namibia, SADC, Africa and the world at large.
